Stichtite was first discovered in the early 1900s in Tasmania, hence the name Tasmanian stitchtite. It is believed by crystal healers to be a stone that aids in forgiveness, depression, emotional trauma, and more. The main stone on this piece is genuine stitchtite, and the stones surrounding the Stichtite are genuine rhodolite garnets and chrome diopsides. The beads on the bracelet are genuine African amethysts. The metal on the bracelet is solid .925 sterling silver. The face of the bracelet has a gold vermeil over the solid Sterling silver, and the toggle clasp has a platinum plate over the Sterling silver to prevent tarnishing. The toggle clasp makes the bracelet adjustable for most wrist sizes. The bracelet is a total length of 8.5 inches, but it will adjust down to a 7.25 in wrist.
