A figure featuring Pikachu and Celebi that can be used to hold memos as it has a clip at the top to hold small pieces of paper. This is from the Pokemon Center Japan, and was released in 2022 as part of the Gifts of the Forest campaign/promotion. In Japan, the campaign is referred to as "Mori no Okurimono." It is brand new in it's original box and packaging. It was only opened to check contents and take pictures for this listing. It is about 3.5 inches tall from base to tip of clip, and has about a 3.5 inches wide base.
